Meditation is in trend nowadays. Many people practice just because it is “cool”. Once in a week thing. It is not like that with anything we do in life. If you want to build your muscles, you have to hit the gym every day. It is the same with meditation. You have to be consistent.

Meditation itself is not designed for some experience. It makes you like a transparent glass, which means an empty mind. Which is the ideal state.

Once you are like that. Your mind will reflect everything like a mirror. Or in other words, you will have better clarity over the situation you are in and have a way to get out of it.
