Difference between Stress and Anxiety.
There is no fine line between stress and anxiety because symptoms are almost the same.
Anxiety is more about the insecurities you have and stress can be about a situation, for example, you are stressed about a deadline in the office and example for anxiety, you are anxious about speaking in front of people.
It is one and the same thing. Stress is temporary and anxiety is not so temporary.
Stress will be over once the situation is over. But anxiety needs a bit more attention to your thought process.
